Summary
This study tests a program where HIV nurses are trained to also manage high blood pressure in their patients. 830 adults with both HIV and uncontrolled high blood pressure from 30 clinics in Lagos, Nigeria are taking part. The goal is to see if this approach lowers blood pressure and improves care.
