Summary

This study tests whether giving pregnant women in Kenya farming supplies, training, and access to a demonstration farm can improve their health and their baby's health. 410 pregnant women, half living with HIV, will be randomly assigned to receive the program right away or after the study ends. The goal is to reduce food scarcity, improve birth weight, and support healthy growth in the first year of life.
