Scientists test Next-Gen malaria shot on volunteers

NCT ID NCT06735209

Summary

This is an early-stage study to check if a new experimental malaria vaccine is safe and can trigger an immune response. It will involve 22 healthy adults who have never had malaria. Researchers will give participants the vaccine or a placebo, then later expose them to malaria parasites in a controlled setting to see if the vaccine offers protection.
