First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a smaller amount of the RTS,S/AS01E malaria vaccine or using a different vaccination schedule is safe and works well in healthy children aged 5 months to 5 years living in areas where malaria is common. About 238 children will take part. The goal is to see if these changes still trigger a strong immune response while possibly reducing costs or side effects.
