One-Shot antibody boosts malaria vaccine power in kids

NCT ID NCT07208760

Summary

This study is testing whether giving a single dose of an antibody called L9LS can improve how well the body responds to a new malaria vaccine, R21/Matrix-M. It will involve 24 healthy adults and 333 healthy infants in Mali. Researchers want to see if the timing of the antibody shot affects the strength of the vaccine's protection.
