Summary

This study is testing if a single injection of an antibody called L9LS can safely prevent malaria infection. It will involve 290 adults, primarily women of childbearing age in Mali, who will receive either the antibody or a placebo. Researchers will monitor participants for six months through the malaria season to see if the injection reduces infections compared to the placebo.
