First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a synthetic bone graft material called MagnetOs Easypack Putty for spinal fusion surgery. The goal is to see if it works as well as or better than current bone graft materials when used alone. The study involves 60 adults with back pain or spine instability who need one- or two-level spinal fusion. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new putty or a standard bone graft, and their progress will be tracked for 12 months using CT scans and X-rays.
