Summary

This study compares a new magnetic procedure to the medication semaglutide for controlling obesity and type 2 diabetes. About 20 adults with a BMI between 30 and 40 and type 2 diabetes will be randomly assigned to either the magnetic surgery or the drug. The goal is to see which approach better improves blood sugar control and weight.
