Zapping brain pain: magnets target chronic nerve pain

Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive magnetic brain stimulation therapy can reduce chronic nerve pain in people with spinal cord injuries. It will involve 60 participants who have had pain for at least six months. The therapy targets a specific brain area to see if it eases pain and improves quality of life.
