Summary

This study is testing a new device that uses magnets to create a shortcut in the digestive system, helping people with obesity and type 2 diabetes lose weight and control blood sugar. About 35 adults aged 18-65 with a BMI between 30 and 50 will receive the procedure. The goal is to see if the magnets can be placed safely and form a lasting connection without surgery.
