Summary

This study looked at whether giving different doses of magnesium can help prevent kidney damage caused by the chemotherapy drug cisplatin. 100 people with head and neck cancer took part. Researchers compared three groups receiving 1, 2, or 3 grams of magnesium to find the best protective dose.
