Could a simple blood test predict sleep trouble in depression?
NCT ID NCT07198477
Summary
This study aims to understand if low magnesium levels in the blood are connected to sleep problems in people with major depression. Researchers will measure magnesium levels and use questionnaires about depression and sleep quality in 90 participants. The goal is to see if magnesium could be a useful marker to help identify patients at higher risk for sleep disturbances.
