Can a simple mineral ease the agony of chemo side effects?
NCT ID NCT07346469
Summary
This study is testing if taking magnesium pills, with or without magnesium foot baths, can help people with colorectal cancer who are undergoing chemotherapy. The goal is to see if these simple treatments can reduce the painful nerve damage (tingling, numbness) caused by chemo, improve poor sleep, and increase overall quality of life. Researchers will compare these approaches to standard care in 75 patients.
