Summary
This study tested a new tablet form of Magne-B6 (magnesium and vitamin B6) against the current liquid version in 24 healthy adults. The goal was to see how well the body absorbs each form when taken on an empty stomach. Results will help determine if the new tablet works as well as the liquid.
