Summary

This study is testing a new magnetic system (MagDI) that creates a connection in the small intestine to help with weight loss and blood sugar control in adults with obesity and type 2 diabetes. The device is placed using a tube through the mouth, avoiding surgery. The study will check if the procedure is safe and works as intended in 60 participants.
