First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding madecassoside tablets (from the Centella asiatica plant) to standard treatment can help people with a severe form of chronic graft-versus-host disease that causes skin hardening and joint stiffness. About 30 participants aged 14 to 65 will take the tablets three times daily for 6 months. Doctors will check if skin and joint symptoms improve, and monitor safety and quality of life.
