Summary

This study looks at why some people with a stroke get to the hospital later than others. Researchers will use a questionnaire, mapping tools, and brain scans to find non-medical barriers like transportation or lack of knowledge. They aim to build a machine learning model that predicts who is at risk for delay, helping improve access to care. About 250 adults with acute ischemic stroke will take part.
