New drug trial targets Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer with specific gene flaw

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called M1774 for men with advanced prostate cancer that has a specific genetic change (SPOP mutation) and has stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if M1774 can shrink or stop the growth of the cancer. About 20 participants will take the drug orally in repeating cycles while doctors monitor their health and the cancer's response.
