New combo block may ease post-surgery pain better than standard approach
NCT ID NCT07264855
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether combining two ultrasound-guided pain blocks (M-TAPA and EXOP) works better than M-TAPA alone for controlling pain after laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. About 86 women will have their pain scores, need for extra pain medicine, and recovery quality measured over 24 hours. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to improve comfort and recovery.
