New nerve block may cut opioid use after Open-Heart surgery

Summary
This study tests whether a special nerve block called M-TAPA can reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers after open-heart surgery. About 80 adults having elective open-heart surgery will receive either the nerve block plus standard care or standard care alone. The goal is to see if this approach leads to better pain control and faster recovery.
