Summary
This study will test if a mobile app called m-LIfE can help office workers in Pakistan sit less, move more, and eat healthier to prevent heart disease. About 84 bank employees will either use the app for 12 weeks or get basic health pamphlets. Researchers will check if the app is easy to use and if it helps people stay active.
