Summary

This study monitored the safety of LYNPARZA, a maintenance drug, in 130 patients with a specific type of advanced pancreatic cancer (BRCA-mutated) who had already finished platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal was to track and understand the side effects that occurred in real-world use after the drug was approved. Researchers specifically looked for serious side effects like bone marrow problems, lung disease, and new cancers.
