First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated Jun 01, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a custom-made vaccine for people with Lynch syndrome, a genetic condition that raises cancer risk. The vaccine uses the person's own immune cells to target unique cancer markers. The goal is to see if it is safe and can train the immune system to prevent tumors. Only 13 participants without active cancer will be enrolled.
