Immune watch: can our defenses predict cancer in lynch syndrome?

NCT ID NCT06708429

First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how the immune system's surveillance might influence the development of colorectal cancer in people with Lynch syndrome, a genetic condition that raises cancer risk. Researchers will follow 300 participants to see if immune markers can better predict who develops cancer despite regular screening. The goal is to find new ways to prevent cancer in this high-risk group.
