Summary
This study tests whether older or frail adults newly diagnosed with large B-cell lymphoma can get just 2 rounds of chemo (R-mini-CHOP) followed by a new drug called AZD0486, instead of the usual 6 rounds of chemo. The goal is to see if the shorter chemo-plus-new-drug approach works better and is safer. About 420 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment plans.
