Blood test may spot hidden lymphoma after treatment

NCT ID NCT05676450

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a blood test that catches tiny bits of tumor DNA (called cell-free DNA) can help doctors find important genetic changes in lymphoma and detect any cancer left after treatment. About 517 adults with a type of lymphoma called DLBCL will give blood samples before and after therapy. The goal is to see if this simple test works well in community cancer centers, not just big hospitals.
