Summary
This study aims to understand the biological differences between inherited lymphedema and lymphedema that develops after cancer surgery. Researchers will compare tissue samples from 60 adults with either type of lymphedema to their own healthy tissue. The goal is to identify specific molecular patterns that could lead to future treatments for this chronic, swelling condition that currently has no cure.
