NCT ID NCT04555226

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at whether surgically removing enlarged lymph nodes before standard chemoradiation can help people with stage IIICr cervical cancer live longer without the cancer growing. About 452 participants will be randomly assigned to either have lymph node removal followed by chemoradiation, or chemoradiation alone. The goal is to see if the extra surgery improves progression-free and overall survival.
