Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug, LY4050784, in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific change in the SMARCA4 gene. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 340 adults whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments will take part over roughly 4 years.
