Summary
This study tests a new drug, LY4050784, in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific change in the SMARCA4 gene. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and works, either alone or with other cancer treatments. About 340 adults whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments will take part. The study lasts up to 4 years.
