Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called LY4006895 in healthy volunteers and people with early Alzheimer's disease. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. About 128 participants will take either the drug or a placebo, and the study lasts up to 61 weeks. This is not a cure; it is a first step to see if the drug is safe enough for further testing.
