Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine, LY3849891, in adults with fatty liver disease (MASLD) who have a specific gene change called PNPLA3 I148M. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and how well it works at reducing liver fat and inflammation. About 176 participants will receive the drug or placebo for up to 32 weeks.
