Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests a new drug called QL2401 in 132 adults with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and moderate liver scarring. Participants receive weekly injections of either QL2401 or a placebo for 48 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces liver fat measured by MRI.
