First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This early-phase study tested a new drug called LY3039478 in 247 adults with advanced or metastatic cancer (including lymphoma) that had not responded to standard treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the drug could shrink tumors. Researchers also looked at changes in blood and tissue markers. While the drug showed some tumor activity, it is not a cure and requires ongoing management.
