Summary
This study looks at how to improve quality of life for people with a Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) and their family caregivers. Participants complete two surveys—one in the hospital and one two months after discharge—and may receive mental health resources. The goal is to help both patients and caregivers feel better emotionally during the transition home.
