New heart valve device aims to fix leaky valve without open surgery

Summary
This study tests a new device called LuX-Valve Plus for people with a severely leaky heart valve (tricuspid regurgitation). About 680 adults will get either the new device or a standard one to see which is safer and works better. Participants will have one procedure and be followed for check-ups and side effects.
