New clip device tested for leaky heart valve fix

Summary
This study is checking how safe and well a device called TriClip works for people with a leaky heart valve (tricuspid regurgitation). The device is already approved for use, and this study will watch 1000 adults who get it to see how they do. The goal is to make sure the device works well in everyday medical practice.
