Summary

This study looks at whether taking a daily mix of lutein, zeaxanthin, and fish oil for six months can improve thinking skills, eye health, and bone density in healthy adults. About 80 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo. The goal is to see if these nutrients help protect against age-related decline.
