Can a daily pill boost your brainpower and strengthen your bones?
NCT ID NCT06489873
Summary
This study is testing whether taking a daily supplement containing lutein, zeaxanthin, and fish oil for six months can improve thinking skills and bone strength in healthy adults. Researchers will compare results between 80 participants taking the real supplement and others taking a placebo pill. The goal is to see if these nutrients can help prevent age-related declines in memory and bone density before they start.
