New tech aims to pinpoint lung spots for safer biopsies
NCT ID NCT07180823
Summary
This study is testing a new navigation system called LungVision to help doctors place tiny markers near suspicious lung spots during a bronchoscopy. The markers make it easier for surgeons to find and remove these spots with smaller, more precise cuts, aiming for an accurate diagnosis while saving healthy lung tissue. The research involves 5 adults with lung nodules that need investigation.
