Scientists track 500 patients to crack code of lung scarring progression

NCT ID NCT06855329

Summary

This study aims to better understand and predict how certain lung scarring diseases get worse over time. Researchers will follow 500 adults with specific types of lung scarring for two years, collecting health data and blood samples. The goal is to improve how doctors classify and predict which patients' conditions will progress, but it does not test any new treatments.
