Summary
This study is testing whether combining two targeted drugs can help control advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has started growing again after standard treatment. The trial will enroll about 60 adults whose cancer has a specific genetic profile. One drug is a 'smart bomb' that targets and kills cancer cells, while the other blocks a key growth signal.
