Summary

This study is testing a treatment plan for adults with a specific type of advanced, inoperable lung cancer who are not candidates for or refuse chemotherapy. The plan involves taking a targeted pill called osimertinib for about 12 weeks, followed by radiation therapy, and then continuing the pill long-term. The main goal is to see if this approach can control the cancer and keep it from getting worse.
