Summary
This study is testing whether combining a drug called durvalumab (an immunotherapy) with radiation therapy can help control locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It is for patients who are not eligible for the standard treatment of chemotherapy followed by radiation, often due to other health issues. The main goal is to see if this combination can delay the cancer from getting worse over two years.
