Blood test could guide better lung cancer treatment

Summary
This study is testing if using a blood test (ctDNA) to guide treatment decisions helps people with advanced lung cancer live longer. All 63 participants will first receive an immunotherapy drug (cemiplimab). After two cycles, doctors will check the blood test results and the patient's response to decide if they should continue with the immunotherapy alone or add chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if this personalized approach improves survival.
