Summary
This study is testing whether adding an immunotherapy drug called serplulimab to standard chemotherapy before surgery helps people with operable non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this combination treatment can better shrink tumors before removal, lower the chance of the cancer coming back after surgery, and help patients live longer. Researchers will monitor 36 patients to check how well the treatment works and how safe it is.
