Summary
This study is testing whether adding an anti-inflammatory drug called certolizumab to standard chemotherapy before surgery can help shrink lung tumors more effectively. The goal is to see if this combination leads to better outcomes for patients with stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer who are scheduled for surgery. Researchers will compare results from this new approach to standard treatment alone.
