Doctors grow Patients' own Cancer-Fighting cells in lab to battle advanced lung cancer
NCT ID NCT06455917
Summary
This study tests a personalized treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients who have exhausted standard options. Doctors collect immune cells from a patient's tumor, grow billions of them in a lab, then infuse them back into the patient to attack the cancer. The trial aims to see if this approach can control cancer growth and extend survival for these difficult-to-treat patients.
