New hope for rural lung cancer survivors: personalized program aims to ease burden and stigma

Summary

This study is testing a new support program designed to improve quality of life for people living with lung cancer in rural areas. Researchers will compare this personalized program, which includes coaching and education, against standard educational materials. The goal is to see if the new approach better helps 300 survivors manage symptoms, reduce distress, and engage with their care.
