NCT ID NCT07617389

First seen Jun 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking only a few lymph node samples (selective sampling) works as well as removing all nearby lymph nodes (systematic dissection) in people with stage IIA-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. All participants will first receive chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy, then have surgery to remove the lung tumor. The trial will follow 358 adults for two years to compare cancer return rates and survival.
