Summary
This study is developing and testing a decision aid to help heavy smokers aged 55-80 understand the pros and cons of lung cancer screening with low-dose CT scans. Researchers will update the aid based on current guidelines and test it with 620 participants. The goal is to improve knowledge and support informed decision-making, not to treat or cure disease.
